What classes are available?
At Aerial Arts Academy, we offer a range of classes from Pole Dance & Fitness, to Aerial Hoop/Lyra, Silks, Trapeze, stretching and MORE.
As well group classes, we also cater for private classes, and group parties for any occasion! Our dedicated team of expert aerial arts instructors are fully qualified and ensured – making your experience a safe one. Every lesson with Aerial Arts Academy is tutor-led ensuring you get the maximum benefit from every class with us. Learn something new every lesson with a mix of tricks, choreo, dancing, stretching, partner work and strength/conditioning.

Group instructor led sessions. 1 hour classes to work on tricks, transitions, choreography and more. With our extensive syllabus you will never run out of things to learn!
Love to fly? Spend an hour in our aerials classes where you get to try a bit of everything… silks, aerial hoop, hammock, trapeze and more!

Common FAQs
Absolutely! We welcome complete beginners and have classes specifically designed for first-timers. Use code ‘OAA1STFREE’ to try your first class completely free. Our experienced instructors will guide you through everything you need to know.
Anything you feel comfortable in and allows you to move around easily! For example gym wear – leggings/trousers and a fittedcrop top / t-shirt/tank top work great).
For pole classes, shorts are recommended.For silks and hoop leg covering and a top that covers your arms and back are also useful!
Remove rings and watches before class to protect both you and the equipment.
Bring a:
• Water bottle
• Small towel
• Grip aids (for pole classes – we can advise on types)
• Change of clothes if desired
• Positive attitude! 😊
Not at all! You’ll build strength and flexibility naturally through your classes. We have students of all fitness levels, and our instructors modify moves to suit your current ability. The most important thing is your enthusiasm to learn!
Classes typically run for 60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down periods. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled and ready.
A: Your first class will include:

All while having lots of fun in a supportive environment!
All bookings are made through our Go Team Up platform. You can easily book online through our website or app.

Non Members – £15 per lesson
We recommend attending at least once a week to build consistent progress. Many students attend 2-3 times weekly as they advance. Listen to your body and choose a schedule that works for you.
Youth Hoop & Silks Classes
Youth Aerial Hoop classes are a great way for youths to get fit, meet new peers and learn a useful range of skills.
