Hub FAQs
Where can I get the Hub?
Download the Aerial Education Hub app from the App Store or Google Play.
Is the Hub included for AAA members?
Yes - AAA members get full access free as part of their membership.
I'm not an AAA member. Can I still use it?
Yes - non-members can join the Hub for £15 a month with the On Demand Only membership, available on our memberships page.
Do I need a new account?
No - members can log in with their existing booking account details. You can also create an account directly in the app.
Can I book AAA classes in the app?
Yes. The app is linked to our booking system, so you can book classes directly.
When can I start, and how long do I have access?
Right now! The Hub is completely self-paced, and you keep access to everything for as long as your subscription is active.
How do I cancel?
We'd be sad to see you go, but you can cancel quickly in the manage subscriptions section of your account. There's no minimum term.
